Congenital nasal airway anomalies are potentially dangerous if they are not immediately recognized at birth and if appropriate intervention is not instituted. Here, we report two clinical cases of congenital nasal stenosis seen in the Suez Canal University Hospital in Ismailia in 2016. Approval from our institutional ethics committee and consent from parents of the patients to publish the cases and their photos were obtained. Level of Evidence: 3b.
